I purchased a $15 premium ad upgrade but my account says its free
The $15 ad upgrade automatically approves your ad and allows you to post additional photos, it does not change your account status. This is a single ad upgrade and not an account upgrade, Premium Account Upgrades affect every ad in your account.

This is a generic email that is automatically generated.
If you have a Kennel Account, you can disregard that part of the email as it doesn't apply to you.

I submitted an ad, but the price shows up as a STUD FEE.
When you list a dog for sale and enter a price, but set the "For Sale" field to NO, the website assumes your price is a Stud Fee. To fix this, just set the "For Sale" field to YES.

I posted an ad but I cant find it on the website.
Free ads have to be approved before they are displayed on the website. If you update or make a change to your ad, then those changes will have to be reviewed.

Do I need a Kennel Account to place an ad?
No anyone can place a free ad and upgrades are not required. The Premium Account Upgrades Allow you to post multiply photos, links your ads back to your website and bypass ad limits. The Premium Account Upgrades also creates a Kennel Profile page for your kennel that displays all your ads, along with any the services you offers. The kennel account also gives you access to featured ads.

Log into your account. This will automatically take you to the ACCOUNT DETAILS page. Scroll down towards the bottom of the page to the SHORTCUTS section. Find the SHORTCUTS labeled UPDATE PRIVACY and click on it.

I submitted an ad and its been pending approval for several days.
Most ads are approved within a few hours, however there are times when we may not be able to access the site due our internet service being down, bad weather or just out of town. Be patient your ads will be reviewed ASAP. If you need faster service consider buying a premium account upgrade.

How do I add a video to my ad?
If you have a premium account upgrade you can attach a video to your ads. To do so, log into your account. This will take you to the ACCOUNT DETAILS page. Scroll down to the SHORTCUTS section. The SHORTCUT section is a bunch of orange buttons located towards the bottom of the page. Find the one that says MANAGE DOG ADS and click on it. Once the page loads, you should see all your current ads.
